Responsibilities
- Create and deploy a digitally enabled, concise (zero waste) collaborative PCF process across the alliance
- Create PCF products templates for the alliance, ensuring a programmatic approach for content of PCF products where possible.
- Create a clear ownership matrix for PCF products in the alliance as well as a consultee list (which may vary between projects).
- Assess which PCF products can be drafted by the alliance programmatically
- Incorporate any updates on the PCF matrix from Highways England’s PCF team and communicate any outcomes accordingly across the alliance.
Lead the creation of a digitally enabled and production focused PCF process for the alliance. This will be a streamlined and efficient process for creating PCF products, reviewing PCF products (both internally in the alliance and to consultees), updating PCF products and finalising PCF products ready for stage gate assessment reviews. The process for doing all this needs to be consistent across the alliance and centrally managed by the PCF Lead.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage with people, comfortable with presenting ideas and views, able to constructively probe and offer an alternative perspective in discussions.
- Experience in leading a team of Project Controls Engineers and Apprentices.
- A positive can-do attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment So, if you put safety first, take ownership of your work, show passion for what you do, work effectively in a team, and demonstrate integrity in how you do it
- A relevant background, this includes but is not limited to; Project Managers, Consultants, Transformation Managers, Change Managers, Interface Manager
