Description
Serves as a financial advisor and business partner. Ensures that global business processes and practices are followed in providing accurate financial analysis in support of Oracle's Health business to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. Manages a professional staff.
Responsibilities
As a member of Oracle's Global Business Finance organization, you will manage a 10-person Finance team and drive key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget and forecasting processes. Your will prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget. Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitor divisions and subsidiaries adherence to budgets. Develop, implement, and integrate financial practices across multiple organizations and locations. Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes.
This role will focus in certain subject areas: cost of cloud, R&D support, and managing the federal expansion efforts all within the Oracle Health umbrella. In cost of cloud, you will partner with Cloud Operations and Product to drive margin expansion, forecasting, capacity planning, infrastructure efficiency, and executive decision support. In R&D you will provide financial leadership, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic insights supporting, product development, portfolio profitability and operational efficiency. Under the Federal expansion component of the role you will support a large customer’s cloud and product environment partnering across product, engineering, sales, and finance organizations.

Skills
- 8-10 years of experience managing FP&A in a large, complex, multi-region organization.
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing a Finance team.
- Experience in Capital Expenditure and/or cost intensive environment.
- Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Demonstrated experience in long-range planning (LRP), forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling within complex, high-growth business environments.
- Scenario Modeling & Capacity Alignment: Experience developing scenario analyses that connect customer demand, revenue expectations, and infrastructure or operational capacity planning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to partner effectively across Finance, Sales, Operations, Capacity Planning, Product, and Executive Leadership teams to drive alignment and strategic outcomes.
- Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, technology, high-growth technology sectors, with the ability to translate operational trends into financial implications.
- Risk Assessment & Opportunity Identification: Ability to proactively identify forecast gaps, capacity constraints, investment risks, and growth opportunities, while developing mitigation strategies and recommendations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $162,000 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
