Description
- You are responsible for the smooth execution of all tasks of your team in customer service (email)
- You achieve this with competent leadership (from 7-10 employees) through teaching and support
- Quality controls and employee discussions are just as much a part of your tasks as solving escalation case and recruiting new employees
- You are responsible for continuous improvement and optimization of the process and quality assurance in all areas
- Emails and phone calls (in case of escalation) are handled crystal clear
- Very good written and spoken German is a prerequisite (C1 minimum)
- You enjoy achieving something together with people and promoting them and bringing them first
- Management experience (at least 5 employees)
- Of course, you are service and customer-oriented
- Good knowledge of people, willingness to perform, and fun communicating are your strengths, which you bring forward confidently and confidently
- Industry experience in consumer electronics / IT products and experience in customer service
- In this position, organizational talent, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are very important to be successful
- Completed further training in the area of leadership/management is an advantage
