As a Project Manager at The Collective Consulting, you will lead projects for a diverse range of customers across different industries — from mid-sized organizations to enterprise-level environments. You ensure that every project is delivered with structure, clarity, and impact — balancing business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and collaboration with our technical experts.

Our projects often center around Microsoft Security and Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Azure. Your mission is to guide these projects from concept to completion, aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable results and lasting value for our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
Ensure the proper resources are allocated using our central planning tool.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
Lead project meetings, track actions, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
Translate complex technical discussions into clear, actionable information for business audiences.
Work closely with consultants and architects to align execution with defined objectives.
Manage customer expectations and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Ensure administration (such as invoicing) happens smoothly, by ensuring that time tracking activities are performed in a timely manner.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who combines strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for collaboration and delivery excellence.

You likely recognize yourself in this:

You have several years of experience managing IT or consultancy projects, preferably within a dynamic service environment.
You understand the dynamics of IT and Security transformation projects — while you don’t need to be a technical expert, you are comfortable engaging with technical topics and not afraid to ask questions to fully understand the context.
You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel.
You can translate complex situations into clear business outcomes.
You are structured, results-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You are flexible and change-oriented, able to adapt to shifting priorities, evolving scopes, and fast-moving contexts.
You communicate confidently with both technical professionals and executive stakeholders.
You are fluent in English and Dutch (French is an advantage).
