Description

Automotive Insight, LLC is currently searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist. The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for many crucial tasks within the organization, allowing all departments to operate smoothly and effectively. This is a key role requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

    • Implement and manage administrative systems to meet office needs. This may include organizing and maintaining filing systems, enhancing communication methods, and coordinating daily office procedures.
    • Interface with staff members at all levels including management to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This may require coordinating with external suppliers and resolving office-related malfunctions.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with bookkeeping and billing tasks.
    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. This includes collaborating on special projects and providing support to different departments within the company.

Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role with a strong emphasis on organizational duties. Experience in an automotive industry is a plus.
    • Proven knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other software relevant to administrative tasks.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will approach all tasks with thoroughness and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
