Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize blockchain infrastructure to support trading activities.
• Engineer high-performance, low-latency blockchain solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain smart contracts and protocol-level integrations on Ethereum and Solana.
• Work extensively with Rust, while also leveraging GoLang and Solidity as needed.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineers to integrate blockchain solutions into trading strategies.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring robustness in production trading environments.
• Stay ahead of developments in blockchain protocols and DeFi ecosystems to identify trading opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in blockchain/protocol engineering, with a strong foundation in high-performance software engineering.
• Deep proficiency in Rust; experience with GoLang and/or Solidity is a strong plus.
• Proven track record working with Ethereum (Eth) and Solana (Sol) blockchains.
• Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, smart contract development, and blockchain security.
• Prior experience building systems with strict performance and reliability requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in blockchain infrastructure for trading or market-making firms.
• Contributions to blockchain open-source projects.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and on-chain liquidity mechanisms.
