Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop and implement department goals to achieve the company's business objectives.
Develop, implement policies and procedures together with other departments.
Develop, implement and direct programs to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department.
Evaluate performance of the department and implement corrective actions, if necessary, to improve business results.
Develop, monitor and control department annual operating budget.
Identify and develop infrastructure and resources for the department.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Building Technology.
At least 10 years' hands-on experience in senior managerial role from the building environment sector.
Good commercial astuteness.
Strong leadership with consensus building management style.
Good communicator and collaborative.
Customer centric.
