Core Duties

As a Support Specialist, you will protect platform integrity and assist users across the globe:

  • User Assistance: Address incoming inquiries regarding account recovery, profile security, and application features from Russian-speaking users via live chat and email.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Pinpoint platform glitches, software bugs, and user-end mistakes, delivering clear instructions to achieve a rapid resolution.
  • Community Guidelines: Protect the platform's environment by guiding users on established community metrics and reporting policy breaches.
  • Quality Metrics: Consistently satisfy daily operational performance standards by providing empathetic, streamlined assistance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Russian paired with a solid professional command of English (B2 level) for corporate training and internal operations.
  • Legal Work Status: You must already possess a valid Portuguese Residence Card (Título de Residência), European Union Citizenship, or an active Refugee Card.
  • Important Logistics Note: Please be aware that visa sponsorship and international relocation packages are strictly unavailable for this position.
  • Prior Experience: While previous experience in guest relations or customer care is highly regarded, it is not mandatory.
  • Schedule Adaptability: Completely prepared to navigate a flexible, rotating shift framework in a fast-moving corporate setting.

Hours & Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: €1,237 gross per month (distributed across a standard 12-month calendar).
  • Weekly Commitment: A steady 40-hour work week divided into 5 operational days.
  • Daily Shift Structure: 8 active working hours per day, supplemented by a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Operational Shifts: Rotating schedules organized Monday through Sunday, falling between the hours of 07:00 AM and 00:00 AM (Midnight).
