Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data platforms to support analytics and business operations.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable ETL/data pipelines
• Build and optimize data models and data warehouses
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams for data requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
• Support cloud-based data platform initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong expertise in SQL, ETL, and data warehousing
• Experience with Python or Spark for data processing
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure data services
• Knowledge of data integration and orchestration tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Must Have Skills:

• Data engineering and ETL expertise
• Advanced SQL and database technologies
• Python/Spark development
• Cloud data platform experience

Good to Have Skills:

• Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift experience
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure
• Experience with real-time streaming technologies

Working Hours:

• India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
• Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
