We are looking for a Business Partner, People & Values to join our team during an exciting period of growth and evolution at Bond.
This is a highly visible role that partners closely with leaders across the business to strengthen teams, evolve leadership capability, support organizational change, and help create an environment where great people can do their best work.
You will not be sitting on the sidelines.
This role is for someone who understands how businesses operate, builds credibility quickly, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. Someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, coaching leaders through complex situations, and helping teams move forward with clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partner with leaders across assigned client groups on organizational effectiveness, team structure, workforce planning, engagement, performance, and talent strategy
  • Coach and support leaders through change, growth, team challenges, and difficult people situations
  • Help strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness across the organization
  • Support key talent initiatives including performance enablement, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement
  • Use data and business context to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute to broader People & Values priorities and programs that help Bond scale effectively
  • Bring modern thinking to how work gets done, including opportunities to simplify processes, improve effectiveness, and leverage AI in practical ways

Requirements

What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting senior leaders in an HRBP capacity
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
  • Sound judgment and confidence handling complex employee and leadership situations
  • Someone who is proactive, practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience with HR systems and people analytics. HiBob experience is an asset
  • CHRP designation is an asset

Benefits

Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $85,500-$125,000 CAD annually.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.
