The Role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to manage complex IT projects. He or she should be able to apply proven project management methodologies and manage the relationship with internal/external clients and all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT projects and coordinate internal resources as well as third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Apply proven project management methodologies (both traditional/waterfall and agile/scrum) to coordinate all planning, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities
• Develop project scopes, objectives and expected deliverables, determine success metrics and track against milestones involving all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage the relationship with internal/external clients and all stakeholders

• Develop effective presentations and maintain comprehensive project documentation/ materials to communicate project status to key stakeholders (Kick Off meetings/Weekly Status Reports/Steering Committees etc.)
• Conclude in-depth business analysis as part of project initiation
• Use appropriate channels to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Drive resource availability and allocation of work to the development and infrastructure teams
• Monitor issues/risks proactively, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints. and take mitigation actions and contingency planning
