Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the ecommerce industry is looking for Product Manager as descripted below:

• Develop training programs according to sales targets and market conditions, optimize the training process to improve teams sales performance
• Learn various certification standards in Indonesian and International toys industry, maintain and follow up the certification process
• Create easy to understand product training materials
• Collaborate with photography and design team to develop high quality product photos
• Establish a complete sample management system, ensure the rational use and recycling of samples
• Participate in the whole process planning of new product launches

Job Requirements:

• Have 3 years or above of toys industry experience.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, in both spoken and written.
• Possess excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Have strong problem solving skill - be able to effectively handle customer after - sales problems.
• Have an in-depth understanding of toy products and be familiar with product certification processes and market trends
