Position : Junior Finance & Customer Support Manager (Sekuritas Company)
Our client is provides a broad range of financial services across investment banking, securities and investment management to a diversified client base including corporations, Financial institutions, governments and individuals

Responsibility:

• Ensuring customer / Client queries are answered to their satisfaction.
• Using computerised systems to access the details of customers.
• Making daily finance report of client
• Lead team tom handling customer complaints
• Referring customers to individuals qualified to offer and sell regulated financial products.

Requirement :

• Mandatory Having an experience in Big4 KAP
• Has experience min 5 - 7 years
• Bachelor degree of Accounting / Finance/ Business Management / Administration.
• Good knowledge with computer (Ms office, Excel and Power Point)
• Communicative, good at teamworkGood communication in English
