Technical Manager - Serviced Apartments (BS/ MEP) | property developer

About the Company: Our client is a leading property developer with a prestigious portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and office properties. Renowned for their excellence in the market, they are now seeking a skilled Technical Manager to oversee the repair, maintenance, and renovation of their serviced apartment portfolio.

About the Role: As the Technical Manager, you will lead a team of 8-10 members, along with contractors, to manage all aspects of repairs, maintenance, and renovations for the serviced apartments. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards are met, maintaining the luxury and quality our client is known for.

Highlights:

  • 5-day work week, promoting work-life balance

  • Competitive package up to HKD 950k per annum (including double pay and discretionary bonus)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in property maintenance or renovation

  • Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance for luxury residential properties or serviced apartments

  • Familiar with Hong Kong statutory regulations and requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical team on repair, maintenance, and renovation projects

  • Provide expert technical advice on property improvements

  • Prepare specifications and tender documents for maintenance works

  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure high standards are met

  • Coordinate with leasing, customer service, and project management teams to ensure seamless project completion
