About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing enterprise technology organization, is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Zscaler expertise to drive automation initiatives across network security environments.

This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable automation workflows, reducing manual engineering effort, and centralizing automation through modern platforms.

If you have deep hands-on experience with Zscaler and network security automation, this role offers ownership, visibility, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support adoption of a centralized automation platform for Zscaler workflows and use cases

• Automate operational processes including:

  • Standard changes

  • BAU requests

  • Reporting workflows

  • Application & Cloud Connector deployments

• Integrate automation workflows with platforms such as ServiceNow

• Develop automation to translate Palo Alto firewall policies into ZPA configurations

• Establish automation standards and scalable workflows

• Reduce manual engineering effort through process optimization and reusable automation frameworks

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in IT / Network / Security Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) environments

• Experience automating network security workflows

• Exposure to Palo Alto firewall policy management

• Experience integrating automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)

• Strong scripting / automation mindset

• Ability to build scalable, standardized workflows

• Immediate or short notice period (preferred: 15 days)
