Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end deepening strategies across the EBI book of business. The position requires building and executing relationship‑development models with corporate contacts, strengthening enterprise engagement, and driving measurable business growth through increased program adoption, deposit expansion, and relationship penetration. The role partners across Consumer, Merrill, Financial Wellness, and Market Leadership teams to deepen existing client relationships and deliver enhanced program outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end‑to‑end deepening strategy and execution for assigned EBI clients, ensuring growth in deposit accounts, product adoption, and enterprise relationship expansion.
- Build and operationalize a scalable relationship‑management model that enhances engagement with company decision‑makers and key influencers.
- Lead CES improvement initiatives to strengthen client satisfaction, program adoption, and overall business results.
- Hold Market Leaders and Client Managers accountable for performance outcomes tied to growth targets and enterprise connectivity.
- Leverage Financial Wellness Specialists to advance financial wellness activation, deepen program penetration, and drive incremental results.
- Partner with Financial Centers to optimize calling strategies, outreach, event quality, and conversion effectiveness.
- Collaborate across LOB partners to identify new opportunities and champion enterprise connection points that support deeper client integration.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+years Experience in relationship management, business development, or client strategy roles.
- Strong ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
- 5+ years of Proven track record of deepening existing client relationships and driving measurable growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive‑level relationship skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and hold partners accountable to performance expectations.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, problem‑solving, and translating insights into execution.
- Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of Consumer, Merrill, and enterprise connectivity levers.
- 5–7+ years of senior leadership experience, with accountability for:
- Multi‑layered teams (managers of managers)
- Performance, capability, and operational outcomes at scale
