Billing Supervisor (US Account)
Makati City | Hybrid | Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Billing Supervisor to lead and oversee billing operations for the Americas region. This role requires a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in shared services, and the ability to manage portfolios while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the billing team supporting the Americas region
  • Oversee day-to-day billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Handle stakeholder management, including coordination with internal and external clients
  • Manage portfolio accounts and ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels
  • Resolve complex billing issues and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, with Team Lead or Senior Analyst background
  • Proven experience in billing operations, preferably in a shared services environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience handling portfolio management and multiple accounts
  • Willing to work on a US shift schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good cultural fit with a collaborative and fast-paced environment
