作為人力資源專案顧問,你將深入企業核心,診斷並解決關鍵的人才與組織議題。你將不僅是交付專案,更是客戶信賴的策略夥伴,透過專業的顧問服務,協助企業打造具未來性的人才策略與敏捷組織,驅動企業永續成長。

你將負責的工作

  • 主導人力資源顧問專案的規劃、設計與執行,整合內外部資源,為客戶提供高品質的解決方案。

  • 洞察市場趨勢與客戶需求,主動發掘新業務機會,並維護與內外部客戶的長期夥伴關係。

  • 帶領並指導團隊成員,協助他們在專案中成長,建立高績效的協作文化。

  • 針對特定人資議題進行研究,發展具洞察的觀點,提升 PwC 的專業形象。

Promote and deliver People and Organization related consulting services to external clients. Specifically,

* Associate ~ Senior Associate
1. Conduct market research and relevant methodological studies on topics surrounding People and Organization
2. Coordinate meetings and events effectively to facilitate client communication and project delivery
3. Draft and develop project proposals and deliverables in a timely manner
4. Support other internal or external project tasks as requested

* Manager
1. Plan, design, and manage scope and execution of projects, effectively utilizing available resources to deliver high quality People and Organization related solutions to the client
2. Detect market trends along relevant range of dimensions, and develop thought leadership both internally and externally
3. Maintain fruitful business relationships with existing and potential clients, and proactively cultivate new business opportunities
4. Coach and help develop team members both professionally and personally, to optimize team performance and build team spirit

* Associate ~ Senior Associate
1. Always act with integrity and respect for others
2. Team-oriented mindset; willingness to prioritize team's objectives over personal comforts
3. Willingness and ability to work within ambiguity; strong conceptual thinking skills to understand and mentally process abstract, complicated, and undefined topics
4. Strong logical reasoning skills; ability to identify, define, and connect causes with their corresponding effects
5. Strong organizational skills; ability to plan and prioritize assigned tasks effectively
6. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
7. Mental resilience; ability to deal with unexpected changes in requirements and deadlines

* Manager
1. Good English abilities and project management experiences.
2. Good conceptual thinking, logical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
3. May need to have working experiences for more than 5 years.

背景/能力要求

  • 具備五年以上人力資源顧問、組織發展、或大型專案管理相關經驗。
  • 擁有碩士或以上學位(人力資源、心理、商管、社會學等相關科系尤佳)。
  • 擁有卓越的專案管理、邏輯思維與解決複雜問題的能力。
  • 具備流利的英文商業溝通與簡報能力(如 TOEIC 850 / IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 90 或以上)。
  • 熟悉數據分析工具(如 Power BI, Tableau, SPSS)或擁有相關人資/專案管理證照者佳。
