University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent

At least 4years in Reefer in terms of:

  • Operations
  • Product implementation and communication to sales and operation
  • Supplier negotiations and personal contacts
  • Key account sales and business development





Freight forwarding industry

Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

AS400 & FM3000 know-how in related functions.

S.P.O.T. know-how and ability to demonstrate internally / externally

Fluent in English language

Proven track records in professional business development

Result oriented with ultimate focus on sales number

Self-starter and self-motivated in growing existing business and in hunting for new business

Strong customer focus and be able to think on their shoes

Strong presentation skills with ability to present the company internally and externally English with 100% confident.

Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious
