We are seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to users from a home-based environment. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and applications.
Responsibilities
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (hardware, software, network)
Assist users with password resets and account access
Guide customers step-by-step to resolve issues
Document problems and solutions in a ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or IT-related degree preferred)
Basic knowledge of computers, Windows/Mac, and internet systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently from home
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
