Indicative rate: $60–$70/hr
We are seeking skilled IT Support and Systems Administration professionals to provide technical assistance and support across various environments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment, providing both remote and onsite support to end-users, and may be involved in cloud service management and implementation of new technologies. This is a contract position with opportunities for growth and development in the IT field.

Required qualifications

- Excellent communication skills for customer service
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
- Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
