Junior HR Generalist

The role will:

• Participate in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and participation.
• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including the coordination, organization, and support of events and related activities.
• Register and monitor HR department invoices.
• Support the planning and implementation of Employee Engagement initiatives and corporate events.
• Assist in Learning & Development activities by coordinating training programs, communicating with participants and external partners, and maintaining relevant training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with external HR partners and vendors.
• Maintain and update HR records, reports, and related documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
