Job Description

As a Senior C# Developer, you will join a team working in the gaming industry, contributing to the development of tools that help shape the way games are created. You'll work on improving and maintaining systems that support content creators, focusing on performance, usability, and a smooth user experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, designers, and other teams to turn production needs into reliable, polished solutions. You'll be involved in solving interesting technical challenges, improving existing workflows, and building software that makes game development more efficient. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining solid engineering practices with creativity and attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Design and implement improvements to internal tools, focusing on intuitive, responsive interfaces that help content creators work efficiently
• Develop and maintain high-quality tooling with a focus on performance, usability, and thoughtful software design
• Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and end users across different disciplines to translate production needs into polished solutions
• Work within a team of skilled programmers who are passionate about games, great user experiences, and building reliable tools
• Use strong C# knowledge and solid software design principles to create maintainable and scalable solutions
• Work with WPF or other UI frameworks to build and improve user interfaces, while exploring new interface technologies when relevant
• Pay attention to both functionality and visual details, ensuring tools deliver a smooth and polished user experience
• Break down, estimate, and manage your own tasks while contributing constructively during code reviews and team discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing ideas and aligning closely with design, development, and product needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and overall tool quality

Your experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in C# development (C++ experience is a plus)
• Experience working in gaming industry
• Experience with UI development and frameworks such as WPF
• Strong understanding of software design principles and clean code practices
• Experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
• Ability to translate user and production needs into reliable technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for polished user experiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Full working proficiency in English
