Client Solutions Associate

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Client Solutions Associates to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this client-facing startup operations and research role.

This opportunity is designed for highly motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and demonstrate strong ownership over project execution and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage client research projects from intake through completion
• 
  Identify, recruit, and coordinate subject matter experts aligned with client needs
• 
  Build strong relationships with both clients and industry experts
• 
  Maintain high service quality and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles
• 
  Conduct outreach and sourcing activities using internal and external channels
• 
  Track engagement metrics, project outcomes, and expert network performance
• 
  Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve workflows and user experience
• 
  Translate real-time client feedback into operational and platform improvements

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

  Bachelor's degree required
• 
  0–4 years of professional experience (strong new graduates encouraged to apply)

HireNow Package

Base Salary: $72,000 annually

Location: Hybrid | San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY

Schedule:

• 
  Hybrid work structure

  3 days in-office / 2 days remote weekly

  Up to 5 weeks fully remote annually

Compensation Enhancements:

  Fully uncapped monthly bonus structure
