Responsibilities

• Conduct information gathering and market research on new construction or renovation projects of Japanese-invested enterprises in Thailand.
• Develop sales strategies tailored to specific project, and organize or participate in project bidding.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct client visits.
• Other sales-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree, preferably in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in business operations or project management within construction companies is preferred.
• Native Japanese speaker.
• Familiar with the industrial construction market in Thailand and willing to work long-term in Thailand.
