Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Prepare joint business plans
    and monitor performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual
    targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships
    with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance
    reviews and recommend improvements.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan promotional campaigns
    and coordinate execution with brand partners.
  • Manage campaign submissions
    and ensure timely execution across platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and
    marketing teams for campaign assets and promotional materials.

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations
    including store setups, banner uploads, campaign configuration, and
    platform submissions.
  • Optimize on-site marketing
    tools and affiliate marketing activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of
    online campaigns and platform promotions.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance,
    traffic, conversion rates, and customer funnel data.
  • Generate insights to improve
    marketing performance and campaign results.
  • Prepare reports and share
    actionable insights with internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with sales,
    marketing, and brand teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support or lead ad-hoc
    cross-functional projects as required.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in any
    field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in account management, e-commerce, or sales and marketing roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Excel and data
    analysis skills.
  • Experience working with
    e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
  • Excellent communication and
    client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple
    projects and stakeholders.

Language Requirements

  • Good English communication
    skills (reading and writing).
  • Chinese language skills
    (reading and writing) are a strong advantage.
