Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of application functionalities, while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications and decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP GRC applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system requirements and implement effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
