Your role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator professional to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across the Atlassian platform. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.

Your responsibilities System Design and Configuration

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows
  • Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals

Integration and Automation

  • Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise platforms including M365, CI/CD pipelines, and other business systems
  • Build and maintain automation solutions using native Atlassian tools, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, REST, etc.)
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes through intelligent automation
  • Support API development and maintenance for seamless cross-platform connectivity

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automation rules
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including identity management, change control, and governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to think systematically and balance technical precision with user experience

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Groovy)
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM frameworks, or Agile methodologies
  • Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-200, or equivalent)
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements
