Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: This service-oriented individual will work in the Operations Hub to support internal partners and external customers, ensuring smooth implementations, reliable technical support, and effective servicing of Treasury Management products and services for all business accounts. What You’ll Do: The Treasury Management Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting business customers and Treasury Management Sales team members. This position serves as a primary liaison between customers and internal partners, ensuring clear, timely communication regarding the status of requests, implementations, and ongoing activities. The specialist works directly with customers to educate, train, and provide ongoing support for Treasury Management products and services. Core responsibilities include preparing, tracking, and administering contracts; maintaining accurate documentation and data storage; and ensuring all required materials are received and processed in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting established deadlines. A strong commitment to delivering positive customer experiences is essential. The specialist is also responsible for handling sensitive customer issues and escalations with professionalism and discretion, ensuring concerns are appropriately documented, communicated, and escalated in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes identifying trends, providing accurate reporting, and partnering with leadership and internal teams to support resolution and continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries related to business online banking products and Treasury Management services, including lockbox, ACH, Positive Pay, wire transfers, and other cash management solutions.
