7-10 years of experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in System Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, creating and reviewing system and software requirements, and defining system and software concepts and architectures. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer requirements (both functional and non-functional). Create and review system and software requirements. Define system and hardware / software concepts and architectures (AUTOSAR). Conduct Design reviews. Utilize requirement engineering tools like IBM DOORs and IBM Rhapsody. Perform technical feasibility analysis for customer requirements. Prepare technical proposals. Coordinate and resolve technical conflicts across different domains (software, hardware, mechanical design, testing). Apply cross-functional expertise in multiple engineering domains. Customers point of contact for technical topics. Leverage experience in embedded systems, particularly in the automotive domain, and knowledge of the product development life cycle from acquisition to production. Conduct FMEA using the IQRM tool. Possess knowledge of microprocessors and microcontrollers (RH 850 Series from Renesas and Infineon AURIX TC39x series). Understand UWB, Bluetooth, and NFC protocols. Have knowledge and experience in safety-related regulations and standards (IEC 61508 or ISO 26262). Plan design verification. Use MKS/PTC Integrity tool, ALM, GIT. Understand product release processes and configuration management.
