Job Overview

We are seeking a Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is based onsite at Singha Complex, Bangkok and involves providing excellent support to customers via email, chat, and phone calls.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Native / fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Good communication skills in English (basic to intermediate level).

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

  • Willingness to work onsite at Singha Complex, Bangkok.

  • Able to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities
