Are you a problem solver with a passion for helping people? Do you enjoy navigating fast-paced environments? We are looking for a dedicated Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team for a leading global e-commerce platform.
In this role, you will act as the direct point of contact for our Italian-speaking users, ensuring that every interaction—whether with a buyer, seller, or content creator—contributes to a seamless and positive shopping experience.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of the e-commerce platform, assisting users via inbound and outbound calls. You will investigate and resolve inquiries, ensuring high-quality standards and timely solutions to keep our community thriving.
What You Will Do
- Assist Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls to support platform users professionally in Italian.
- Problem-Solve: Investigate and resolve diverse issues related to orders, logistics, and general platform navigation.
- Maintain Quality: Review and process reported cases within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Escalate Cases: Identify complex or urgent issues and escalate them appropriately following company procedures.
- Adapt to High Demand: Manage peaks in contact volume efficiently during seasonal campaigns and major promotions.
Requirements
- Italian: Native or C2 fluency (verbal and written).
- English: Good command (B2 level) to facilitate internal training and global team communication.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Work Schedule
We are looking for candidates with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
- Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotative).
- Days Off: 2 Rotative days per week.
- Future Transition: Please note that the project may transition to a 24/7 rotational schedule at a later date (to be confirmed by the client).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1000€ per month (paid over 14 months).
- Attendance Bonus: 100€ per month (paid over 11 months).
- Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day (net).
