Our client is a diversified group of around 400 employees operating in the import and export of pre-owned footwear, refurbishment and manufacturing, recycling of unsellable shoes, and e-commerce sales to the EU.
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow their wholesale and B2B sales function in the fashion/footwear industry. The role requires a strong commercial profile with the ability to drive sales, manage regional accounts, and actively support the movement of both fast and slow-moving stock through smart sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead wholesale and B2B sales across regional and international markets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Manage and support a small regional sales team (Lebanon & Dubai)
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
Identify opportunities to move slow/non-moving stock through smart sales tactics
Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and reporting using CRM/SAP
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management
Work closely with internal teams on pricing, stock allocation, and product availability
Support expansion into new markets and channels
Requirements
5–7 years of sales experience
Strong background in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail industry
Proven experience in wholesale and B2B sales (mandatory)
Experience managing or coordinating small sales teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
Experience using CRM systems and SAP is highly preferred
Ability to work strategically while being hands-on in execution
Strong personality with market intelligence and deal-making capability
