We’re looking for a QA Software Engineer to support a high-impact retail technology platform. This role is fully on-site at our client’s location in Dallas, focused on validating and improving point-of-sale (POS) and payment transaction systems that power real-world retail operations.

This is not a test automation or code-heavy role but a solid grasp of software development is helpful. If you’ve worked in retail environments, understand how transactional systems work, and have an eye for detail, you’ll thrive in this role. Delphi experience is a major plus.

🛠 What You’ll Do

Test and validate payment transaction and POS systems in a live retail setting
Troubleshoot, document, and escalate issues across hardware/software integrations
Collaborate with engineers and QA leads to ensure quality in every deployment
Analyze retail transaction workflows and test for edge cases
Contribute to system reliability through consistent QA feedback and process improvements

🧠 What You Bring

2–3 years of experience in software QA or software development
Retail or point-of-sale (POS) experience is required
Strong understanding of payment transaction flows and testing practices
Great attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to dig into issues
Comfortable working on-site in Dallas at a client location
