- Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.
- Stay up to date on software updates and technical bulletins, keeping devices at peak performance.
- Calibrate and profile printers for colour accuracy, optimizing output quality.
Work on Major Installations and Projects:
- Contribute to large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success.
- Ensure all work is executed to high standards, meeting customer expectations.
Proactive Customer Engagement:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.
- Provide training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently.
- Ensure all activities are accurately documented in line with Canon guidelines and policies.
- Experience: You have sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet or Wide Format production printers, or other related experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with colour management software such as Adobe Colour or PrismaSync Tools is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.
The salary range for this role is from €45,498 to €48,026 plus in-role progression zones.
