As a Guidewire Rating Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions within our Guidewire practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Guidewire applications that meet client needs, leveraging your technical skills and business acumen to drive successful outcomes. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional client service, utilizing your expertise in Guidewire development to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and configuration of Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter solutions for insurance clients
- Managing client support and engagement for Guidewire implementations within the insurance sector
- Overseeing the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Guiding teams in applying software development methodologies to deliver scalable solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex system development challenges
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in Guidewire projects
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and address their needs
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Guidewire applications
- Encouraging teamwork and collaboration to achieve project objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Guidewire Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ BillingCenter/ ClaimCenter
