Job Requirements:

· Project Management and Business Analysis of the Warehouse Management System of the company

· Documentation of Business case study under Supply Chain and WMS Solutions Distribution Center Retail Industry Operations

· Documentation of all systems issues, bugs or irregularities and forwards to the vendor or development team for review

· Supports Distribution Center operations for systems support concern

· Prepares user training materials for WMS to users

· Recommends System Improvement Initiatives

· People Management

Qualifications Needed:

· In-depth knowledge on IT Business Analysis

· With experience on Project Management for WMS (implementation and roll out) and application post go-live support

· In-depth exposure on Supply Chain and WMS Solution specifically for Retail Distribution Center operations

· Knowledgeable in WAMAS/WMS and ASRS Application support (System Support / Troubleshooting)

· Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills

· With excellent communication skills and strong customer service background

· Has passion for work and flexibility in all assignments

· Able to perform multiple tasks/roles as required by the business

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics or equivalent.

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
