Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—responsible for generating appointments and creating opportunities for our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads (phone, internet, text) quickly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and prior customers
  • Set, confirm, and manage appointments for Sales and Service
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
  • Follow proven processes to maximize show rates and conversions
  • Deliver a high-quality, positive customer experience on every interaction

  • Strong communication skills and phone presence
  • Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
