1. Process Standardisation & Work Instruction Development

• Collaborate with the Process Excellence Manager to document, standardise, and maintain essential logistics processes.
• Use structured mapping tools to create clear working instructions that support scalable operations, training delivery, and regional compliance and audit-readiness.

2. Operational Dashboards & KPI Oversight

• Build and maintain live dashboards and reporting tools that track key performance indicators across centralised operations and shared services.
• Collaborate with the Process Excellence and Excellence Center (EC) teams to ensure metrics are accurate, meaningful, and timely driving continuous improvement and transparent decision-making.

3. Process Improvement & Automation Tracking

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams and external consultants to quantify efficiency gains, uncover remaining process gaps, and facilitate change management through data-driven reporting and corrective action tracking.

4. EC Performance Support

• Support the EC by providing operational performance insights, data analytics, and audit assistance.
• Help improve SLA compliance, minimise processing discrepancies, and boost execution quality and throughput through tactical operational enhancements.

5. Cross-System Alignment & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Document integration points, reconcile data flows, and address workflow conflicts across core systems.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants to ensure seamless adoption of new or updated processes.
