We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to join one of our client's team at a public-listed manufacturing company in Lahat, Perak. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, consolidation, and business partnering to drive financial performance and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of accounts, monthly/yearly closing, and group consolidation (only 1 subsidiary).
• Prepare management reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis for management review.
• Ensure accurate and timely quarterly financial reporting to Bursa Malaysia.
• Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance (SST, corporate tax), and liaise with external auditors.
• Continuously improve internal controls, cost management, and financial processes.
• Handle communications with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• MIA membership is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in accounting/finance, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in public listed companies is highly preferred.
• Candidates from audit firms who are seeking to transition into a commercial finance role are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of MFRS, tax regulations, and Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
