Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing construction project planning, execution, and delivery

• Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project timelines are met

• Managing budgets, contracts, and resources effectively

• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in project management within the construction industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Breakdown:

• Basic Salary: 12,000 SAR

• Accommodation (25%): 5,000 SAR

• Transportation (15%): 3,000 SAR

• Net Salary: 20,000 SAR

• Gross Salary: 25,294 SAR
