What You’ll Do
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day for quality assurance
- Contact maintenance customers to schedule service visits
- Call customer lists to promote services and special offers
- Respond to and follow up on customer reviews (positive and negative)
- Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
Dispatching Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates
- Ensure all jobs are properly entered, tracked, and completed in the system
- Help optimize daily schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- Previous customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
