Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Paralegal for their Commercial Property Department in London. This is a permanent, full-time role and is mostly office-based, although some hybrid working may be possible after training. The Commercial Property team is always busy and is well-established and highly regarded in the market.

You must have a law degree or appropriate legal qualification, together with a real and proven interest in this area of work and in progressing your career in this field. You will have had previous experience as a commercial property paralegal in a legal firm.

You should be highly organised and pragmatic, with strong communication and inter-personal skills. A positive attitude, team approach and flexibility are also important and you will also need to be self-confident and adaptable, as you will be supporting a partner, as well as several other fee-earners across the department as required.

The London office is friendly, diverse and centrally-located, in Holborn. They offer a salary at market rate and the opportunity to work to a bonus-linked target, depending on your skills and on the extent of your previous experience.
