Description

Jobskey Consultancy is hiring a senior sales leader for a reputed organization in the Fire Protection, ELV & Smart Building Solutions space.

Role Overview

The General Manager – Sales will drive business growth across large builder accounts and high-rise projects. This role owns end-to-end responsibility for sales strategy, key account management, tendering, negotiations, order closure, billing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities



  • Drive revenue across FPS, FAPA, ELV, CCTV, Digital Locks & Basement Ventilation
  • Manage key builder relationships and onboard new accounts PAN India
  • Lead tender review, BOQ validation, pricing & commercial negotiations
  • Own billing, collections, and outstanding management
  • Lead and mentor sales and key account teams
  • Ensure accurate MIS, forecasting, and CRM governance

Requirements


  • 15+ years of project sales experience in the builder segment
  • Strong exposure to FPS / FAPA / ELV / CCTV / MEP / BMS solutions
  • Proven network with leading builders
  • Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical preferred); MBA is a plus
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
