Job Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new talent.Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.Support the development and delivery of training programs.Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending training initiatives.

Job Requirements :

Experience in HR or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.Time management skills.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
