社内エンドユーザーへの高品質なITサポートを担うポジションですリモートオンサイトを問わず社員の技術的課題に対応し他のITチームと連携しながら迅速な問題解決を目指します主軸はエンドユーザーサポートですがシステム管理ネットワークプロジェクト管理の基礎知識も活かせる環境です

主な業務内容

アジア各拠点のITインフラサポートを担当し以下を重点的に推進します

• クライアント満足度の向上

• サービス品質の維持改善

• 技術的卓越性の追求

主な業務はWindows 11およびMicrosoft 365環境におけるデスクトップサポートです

• アジア各拠点のITインフラチームと連携しNeuberger全拠点のカバレッジを確保

• 東京ITチームと協力してアプリケーションネットワークサーバーメールその他アドホック対応など幅広い課題を解決

応募要件

• 優れた口頭文書コミュニケーション能力(技術的な内容をわかりやすく説明できること)

• 英語力必須日本語力尚可

• 高い顧客サービス意識

• 社内のさまざまな部門ユーザーからの要望に落ち着いて丁寧に対応できる方

• 柔軟な勤務時間への対応(時間外作業ニューヨークチームとの深夜連携が発生する場合あり)

• Windows 11の高度なデスクトップサポートスキルMicrosoft 365の導入運用経験

• CitrixリモートアクセスMicrosoft TeamsOutlookモバイルアプリ(iOS / Android)のサポート経験

• TCP/IPDNSDHCPなどネットワーク基礎知識

• 金融サービス業界での経験は尚可
