Job Summary

Rabalais I&E Constructors is looking for a Vice president of Construction.
The Vice President of Construction is responsible for the overall leadership, execution, and performance of all construction operations. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The position serves as a key member of executive leadership, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale industrial projects
- Experience leading multiple project teams and managing portfolio-level performance
- Strong background in electrical and instrumentation construction
- Strong budgeting, tracking, forecasting, and cost control experience
- Proven safety leader
- Ability to build and lead high performing teams
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
