About Us:
IPT Powertech Group is a leading provider of power solutions and services across the region. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Country Manager to oversee and lead our operations in Iraq.
Role Summary:
The Country Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of IPTs operations within Iraq. This includes full P&L accountability, developing and executing annual business plans, overseeing operational and financial performance, recruiting and managing key personnel, and driving growth across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage country-wide operations, ensuring profitability and performance goals are met
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with group objectives
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and detailed reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities
Lead recruitment and performance management efforts
Monitor project execution and ensure the highest standards of service delivery
Represent the company in client-facing interactions and industry forums
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's and Masters degree
15+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong background in general management, operations, and financial planning
Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote operations
Excellent business development, negotiation, and customer service skills
Fluent in English; Arabic (Lebanese nationality preferred)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
