Supporting a major global payment solutions brand, you will act as the primary point of contact for users utilizing digital finance tools. Your Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Advisor, you do much more than just answer everyday questions. You actively guide users through the online payment ecosystem and ensure their money transfers go smoothly.
- Customer Support: Assist French-speaking clients across multiple channels regarding digital wallets, account statuses, and payment processing.
- Problem Solving: Take direct ownership of complex billing inquiries and technical issues, ensuring every customer receives an effective resolution.
- Security & Safety: Adhere strictly to financial safety regulations to safeguard user data and ensure all platform transactions are legitimate.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with a multinational team, utilizing your English skills to sync up with managers and technical departments.
- Quality Standards: Consistently meet and exceed key performance goals to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
- Languages: Flawless written and spoken fluency in French, paired with a solid intermediate command of English (B2 level) for internal communication and training platforms.

- Dependability: A highly reliable professional who values punctuality and shows up consistently for the team and customers.

Salary & Benefits
We provide a comprehensive financial and rewards package to ensure our team members are fully supported:
- Fixed Salary: A base pay of €930 gross per month, distributed 14 times per year (inclusive of mandatory local summer and Christmas bonus payments).
- Attendance Bonus: An additional €65 monthly reward for maintaining reliable and punctual attendance.
- Meal Stipend: €7.63 per working day to cover your daily food expenses, provided via a dedicated meal card.
