Requirements:
- 0–6 months of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development services, including MERN Stack and AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear notes for internal teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other business development channels.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and communicate company services in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Keep lead and client data updated and organized in the CRM or tracking system.
- Support the business development team in meeting growth and sales targets.
Work Schedule:
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
