Requirements:

  • 0–6 months of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development services, including MERN Stack and AI/ML solutions.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear notes for internal teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outreach tools is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other business development channels.
  • Connect with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and communicate company services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Keep lead and client data updated and organized in the CRM or tracking system.
  • Support the business development team in meeting growth and sales targets.

Work Schedule:

  • 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
